You receive commercial-grade, wind-tested 6063-T6 aluminum outdoor architecture freighted directly to your property.

Engineering & Specifications

• Precision Motorized Louvers: Dual-walled, interlocking louvers operate silently from 0 to 90 degrees. Open for sunlight and ventilation, close for full waterproof coverage.
• Integrated LED Lighting System: Waterproof LED strips at two integration points — along the top crossbeam perimeter and inlaid into the louver blades at every 1-meter interval. Features 3 levels of dimmable brightness in White or Warm White.
• 6063-T6 Aluminum Frame: Professional outdoor powder-sprayed finish. Medium and Heavy-Duty frames are structurally rated for Level 12 high winds (up to 180 km/h with blades closed) and heavy snow loads (140–150 kg/m²) per manufacturer specifications.
• Integrated Hidden Drainage: Concealed internal gutter system channels rainwater down through the structural posts (0.04–0.05 L/s/m² rainfall capacity). No exterior downspouts.

The Exo-Chamber can be configured with optional additions to extend its enclosure, comfort, and year-round usability. The following options may be requested at time of order or as part of a custom configuration quote:

• Motorized Outdoor Screens — Track-guided motorized weather screens powered by A-OK brand motors. Screens can be operated individually or simultaneously for a full perimeter enclosure. Engineered with high-strength, fireproof, and waterproof fabric with 95% openness; rated to withstand Level 12 winds (up to 108 km/h).
• Glass Doors — Available by custom order.
• Shutters — Available by custom order.
• Other Custom Configurations — Additional enclosure and architectural options may be available depending on project requirements.

Please note: motorized screens, glass doors, shutters, and other custom additions are not included in the base system price. These options may change the project price and will require a custom quote. Contact us before placing your order to discuss your configuration.

Delivery & Installation

Delivery: The Exo-Chamber is delivered as a complete wooden-crated kit via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) ocean freight, door-to-door to your property/driveway. Transit time is approximately 30 days from shipment. You will receive tracking and status updates throughout.

Installation: Installation is not included in the product price. BoxUnboxed does not charge an installation fee. Customers may use their own qualified installer. If needed, BoxUnboxed can connect you with an installation professional who will assess your project, provide a separate quote, and contract directly with you.

The Pre-Order & Manufacturing Flow

Each Exo-Chamber is built to order on a direct-factory model:

1. Dimension Verification: We coordinate with you to confirm the footprint aligns with your space and project requirements.
2. Secure Manufacturing: Production begins upon receipt of your 50% manufacturing deposit. ⚠️ All deposit orders are final and non-refundable — production begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
3. Direct Freight & Delivery: Your crated kit ships via ocean freight DDP to your property. The remaining 50% balance is collected when your order is ready to ship. Estimated transit: approximately 30 days.

Financing Your Home Project

HFS Financial offers home improvement financing that may allow qualified customers to finance their broader home improvement project — not only the BoxUnboxed product they are purchasing. Inquiring will not impact your credit score, according to HFS. Financing is subject to approval and the terms of the participating lender.
