Selecting "Custom Dimensions" places a standard $3,250.00 project deposit down to initiate your base frame engineering. Our architectural studio team will contact you within 24 hours of checkout to review your patio or balcony sketches, confirm your framework dimensions, and help you select your custom frame finish and shade package. Any additional screens or structural modifications will be calculated and billed separately on a final adjustment invoice at our standard factory-direct rate of $650.00 per screen.
